Executive Chef
Fabrizio Domilici - an expert in his field and originally from Geneva - is committed to offering fresh, local ingredients and promoting, as much as possible, sustainable agriculture. Very attached to the Geneva terroir, Fabrizio Domilici is in favor of a virtuous circle, from producer to consumer, with a reasonable approach to consumption. Recognized and anchored in the local community, the Chef strives to create tasty and healthy dishes that nourish the body and the spirit, highlighting vegetables and sometimes using herbs from the garden of the Hotel located on the roof of the property. His creations are served with a selection of 100% local wines.

Riccardo Zappalà, a passionate chef based in Geneva since 2009, began his career in prestigious establishments alongside renowned chefs. His journey has been marked by a creative fusion of tradition and modernity. Like Fabrizio Domilici, Executive Chef for the Geneva Marriott Hotel, Riccardo is deeply committed to using local ingredients and prioritizes regional products to craft refined and inspiring dishes. His culinary approach also emphasizes sustainability and responsible consumption.
